In the fruit and vegetable industry, by crossbreeding 10.000 varieties, you certainly will get the right variety but this long process has a price. It requires two years to launch of a new lettuce  variety, eight years for Melon and Tomato if you have a good genetic pool, up to eight years to see on the shelves, somehow proudly, and share on our sector and the social media the successful variety!
