2. Data we collect
This website does not ask you for personal data. When you complete the quiz, we receive the answers you choose (your situation, what you need, type of company, region, timing and budget range), which do not identify you.
If you book a call after the quiz, the booking tool (Calendly) also collects your name, your email and your answers to the quiz.
If you write to us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us.
If you accept the statistics in the cookie banner, we also record anonymous usage data (pages visited, language, the website you came from, type of device and quiz steps) with a random identifier that does not identify you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. These data stay on our hosting, are not shared with anyone and are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
3. Purpose of the processing
The data you give us are used only to reply to your enquiry or request for information, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to manage the professional relationship. We do not use them for any other purpose without your express consent, we do not take automated decisions or build profiles, and we do not sell them to anyone.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent when you book a call or write to us, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). If we work together, the basis is the performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with our legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
5. Data retention
We keep your data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the period legally required to meet possible liabilities. Once these purposes are fulfilled, the data are deleted. If we do not work together, we delete enquiries after 12 months.
6. Disclosure of data
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except under legal obligation.
To run this website we use providers that process data on our behalf: Raiola Networks (hosting and email, Spain) and Calendly (call bookings). The use of Calendly may involve transfers outside the EU, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request the erasure of your data
- Object to the processing of your data
- Request the restriction of processing
- Request the portability of your data

8. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent their destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access.
